Throughout their 30-year career, the Grateful Dead demonstrated their many influences in the music they wrote and performed. Although known by many for their electric improvisations, acoustic music was always a big part of their sound. This is evident on the studio albums, Workingman’s Dead and American Beauty, and the live albums Bear’s Choice and Reckoning. John Zevos and Friends (Diane Zevos, Charlie Windhausen, and Steve Forgione) have been performing this music around New England for over 40 years. Come and hear them perform music from the aforementioned albums and other selections from the Grateful Dead’s live repertoire.
Tickets $20 in advance, $30 at the door.
