Meet Our Instructors
Technique and Jazz (Level 1 & 2)
Ashley Talluto, a Massachusetts native, received her training at the Northeast School of Ballet, the Boston Ballet School, and the Boston Conservatory, where she received a BFA in Dance. Professional tour credits include West Side Story (Dance Captain – North American National Tour), Flashdance (Featured Ballet Dancer – National Tour), and An American in Paris (throughout Asia and Europe). Ashley has performed throughout the country at regional houses including North Shore Music Theatre, Reagle Music Theater, and Tuacahn Ampitheatre, and has been seen on stage at Radio City Music Hall in The New York Spring Spectacular Featuring the Rockettes and in off Broadway productions of Ludo’s Broken Bride at The Duke and iLuminate at New World Stages. Ashley has been a member of AlmaNYC dance company for 9 years and is a member of the Aqualillies where she dances and performs with artistic swimmers. She has made several television appearances including on the Tonight Show featuring JLO and Paul Rudd. With over a decade of experience as an educator Ashley has been on faculty at Manhattan’s premiere studios Ballet Academy East and Long Island City School of Ballet. As a guest artist, mentor, and educator, Ashley has taught master classes throughout the country and continues to serve as an adjudicator for Energy National Dance Competitions and Conventions. She loves to share her joy and passion of movement and expression. With a strong technical base and a love for story telling she infuses her classes with a theatrical experience.
Intro to Dance (Ages 3 & 4)
Kindergarten Dance (Age 5)
Caroline grew up in New Hampshire and trained under Karen Pariseau at Bedford Dance Center. She is a proud Santa Clara University (SCU) alumna, class of 2020, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Theatre Arts (Dance Concentration) and a BSc. in Economics (Leavey School of Business). At SCU, she worked with numerous choreographers and directors including Karyn Connell, Kristin Kusanovich, Pauline Locsin-Kanter, Kimberly Mohne Hill, and David Popalisky. Since graduation, she has worked at the Palace Theatre both on the marketing team and on the stage. Most recently, Caroline was a Summer Resident in the Children’s Summer Series at the Palace. Her roles included Ursula in The Little Mermaid, Mother Gother in Rapunzel, and Glinda in The Wizard of Oz. She is a company dancer with Nsquared Dance (Manchester, NH) under the Artistic Direction of Zackery Betty and Nick Neagle. Caroline has taught and choreographed for youth performers at Derryfield Repertoire Theatre (Manchester, NH), Girls Inc. (Manchester and Nashua NH), The Palace Theatre (Manchester, NH), and numerous dance studios throughout Southern New Hampshire. She is excited for this new chapter with Palace Youth Theatre and cannot wait to watch the success of the Palace Academy.
Theatre Improv and Games
Cody Hernden is thrilled to be back at the Palace, working with the Palace Youth Theatre students once again! Before residing in Manchester, Cody was living in Colorado, where he directed and taught acting for various schools and theatres. While in Colorado, Cody additionally created his own youth theatre company (Theatre@Altitude) with his wife, Michayla. Trained at Syracuse University’s Department of Drama, he has experience on stage and off, including right here at the Palace. Cody is very familiar with Palace Youth Theatre, having previously directed our Palace Teen Apprentice Company’s production of Fiddler on the Roof Jr., PYT’s play The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and multiple workshops and classes. Cody emphasizes technique and audition preparation and focuses on helping young performers make unique, bold acting choices.
Commercial Jazz (Level 1 & 2)
Kiana is a dancer, artist and performer based in New England who lives to move, inspire, and create. She danced on company’s like Boston Community Dance Project (BCDP GLOBAL) and Saving Grace Dance Ensemble. Kiana guest teaches at various workshops, festivals, and conventions such as New England Youth Dance Exchange, Dance Teachers’ Club of Boston, Step Up 2 Dance Conventions and more. She has performed in shows all around the North East including NYC Carnival, Sybarite, Times Square and RAW Artists Showcase. With a versatile background, Kiana has knowledge and training in contemporary, ballet, modern, improv, musical theatre, heels, jazz, hip hop and funk styles. Kiana‘s utmost passion is to inspire new generations through dance while providing education in, creativity and storytelling.

Fundamentals of Acting
Lexi Meunier began her theatrical career in her hometown of Derry by participating in youth programs, and continues to perform and direct throughout the New England theatre community. A theatre educator from the age of 18, Lexi has served on the faculty of numerous youth companies over the past decades. She prides herself on holding her theatre artists to high standards, and pushing them beyond what is typically expected of young performers, without sacrificing approachability, inclusivity, and a positive vibe. Lexi is a graduate of Portland Actors Conservatory in Portland, Oregon, and holds a B.A. in English with a Theatre Arts concentration from the University of Massachusetts. She currently resides in Derry with her husband Nicholas and their three children.
TJB (Grades 4-5)
Tap (Level 1 & 2)
Marissa began dancing at the age of 6 in Pelham, New Hampshire. There she did over 15 years of competitive dance and trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and Pointe. She then went to Dean College where she received her BA in Arts and Entertainment with a concentration in Dance. At Dean, Marissa continued her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Step. Throughout her dance career she was a part of the Lowell Spinners Dance Team, danced at many Celtics games, and attended the Rockettes Summer Intensive as well as being cast in a music video for Demi Lovato in Boston, MA. She has also attended the Dance Teacher Summit in New York City. She has been teaching dance for the past 10 years and has loved every single minute of it. Marissa hopes to continue to spread her love for dance!
Level 3 Tap, Technique, and Jazz
Sebastian Goldberg is from Lexington, MA where he grew up dancing and learning the business of arts education at The Dance Inn. Teaching dance is the family business, and he started leading classes at a young age, gaining over 15 years of experience teaching a wide variety of dance styles to students of all ages. He is committed to staying up to date with current teaching methods and has attended events such as Rhee Gold’s DanceLife Teacher Conference, and the National Dance Educators Organization conference. He also works closely with his mother, Dr. Thelma Goldberg, author and creator of Thelma’s Tap Notes. His performance career spans nationwide theatre, cruise ships, and touring productions. Seen on The Palace stage in multiple productions since 2016, he has also worked behind the scenes as assistant to the director and associate choreographer for both youth and professional productions. He is beyond excited to share his passion for dance education with PYT and to begin this new chapter at the Palace Theatre.
