The historic Palace Theatre is an ideal location for business meetings, social events, client appreciation days, receptions, children’s birthday parties or bridal/baby showers.

 

Amenities

Located at the back of the theatre, the Palace Theatre meeting space can accommodate 110 people. Amenities include a separate bar, kitchen for caterer staging, spacious coat closet and restrooms all located within your very own private reception area. Tables, coverings and chairs are available and included in the rental fee, but you are welcome to rent furnishings and decorate the room according to your wishes.

 

Rental Fees

The Palace Theatre rents the reception room prior to Palace Theatre Performing Art Series Professional or Palace Youth Theatre Shows for a set fee plus the price of tickets for the show. If you select a day on which a show is not scheduled, the reception room rental fee is reduced. A bartender is an available option and you can select from the option of a cash or open bar. Our rates are based on a typical meeting time of 2 hours, but we can make adjustments based on your needs.
