Each year from September to May, the Palace produces several professional productions, known as the Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series. Auditions are held in New York City and we bring in the best fresh talent to perform on our stage.

I Love you, You’re Perfect Now Change

This celebration of the mating game takes on the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum know as “the relationship”. This hilarious show pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, to those who have fallen on their face at the portal of romance, to those who have dared to ask, 'Say, what are you doing Saturday night?' If this show were a blind date, you'd feel ‘relieved, grateful and pleasantly surprised.’ Part of the 2011-2012 Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series.

Guys & Dolls

Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New York City, this oddball romantic comedy - considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy-soars with the spirit of Broadway. Don’t miss the Palace Theatre’s adaptation with Broadway style sets and costumes of 1950s New York City. Part of the 2011-2012 Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series.

Nutcracker

Don’t miss this magical holiday tradition with the Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater and live orchestra! Part of the 2011-2012 Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series.

Christmas Carol

The Annual Palace Theatre tradition continues with Charles Dickens’ classic story of Scrooge and Tiny Tim, filled with lively song and dance featuring over fifty actors. Scrooge, known for his penny pinching ways, is visited by three ghosts on a snowy Christmas Eve. These ghostly visits reveal Scrooge’s past, present, and future to him and fill him with new found hope and joy in the Christmas season! Voted “Best Theatre Event of the Year” in Manchester by the Hippo Press readers, this show has fast become an audience favorite at the Palace. Lend Me a Tenor

Everyone at the Cleveland Opera Company is anxiously anticipating the arrival of famed Italian opera star Tito Merelli to perform the title role in Othello. But when it appears that Tito is incapacitated, Company Manager Saunders and his assistant Max come up with a plan to fool everyone with a stand in...What could possibly go wrong? Like any good farce, and this certainly is one, a complicated web of mistaken identity, crazy plot twists, double entendres, slamming doors and everybody desperately wanting something from poor Tito the tenor. Royalty of Rock ‘n Pop

If you enjoyed last year’s highly praised, The Four Piano Men, the original production by Palace Theatre Artistic Director, Carl Rajotte, then you can’t miss Royalty of Rock ‘N Pop a Tribute to the Music of Elvis, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga. Put on your blue suede shoes and black jackets and moon walk or ‘Just Dance’ on over to the Palace Theatre to catch Carl Rajotte’s second original musical production. This promises to be the event of the season and it is a must see production with plenty of twists and surprises! A live band and tribute signers engage you as the show literally takes flight and transports you on an artistic and visual journey through the accomplishments of four of the most influential and entertaining acts of all time. An electrifying tale of murder, greed, corruption, violence, exploitation, adultery and treachery – all those things we hold near and dear to our hearts. Filled with one showstopper after with some of the best dancing, a gorgeous ensemble performing eye-popping numbers choreographed in the style of Bob Fosse. Part of the 2011-2012 Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series.

Legally Blonde

The hilarious MGM film is Broadway's new smash hit musical, Legally Blonde, the musical comes to The Palace! Legally Blonde follows sorority star Elle Woods, an underestimated blonde who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. When her boyfriend dumps her for someone more “serious,” Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. Don’t miss out on the New Hampshire stage premiere of this contemporary heartfelt story that one reviewer praised as, “ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish”. The Four Piano Men

Back by popular demand! An original musical production by Artistic Director Carl Rajotte, The Four Piano Men brings to life the innovative and timeless music of Billy Joel, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Freddie Mercury. Featuring a live band, top vocalists and dancers straight from New York City, this show will have you dancing in the aisles… again!
