2019 marks 50 years since
that fateful weekend on a small farm in upstate New York for three remarkable
days of mud and happiness in 1969, when over half a million people came
together to celebrate life, love, and music -- Woodstock. One camera crew was
there, in the middle of everything, recording the live performances of many of
the greatest singers and musicians of the era, and the joy, peace and rock 'n'
roll experienced by hundreds of thousands. Join with friends old and new to
commemorate this landmark music event on the big screen.
This Woodstock documentary
film screening is part of the Old Sol Alliance's More Than Music Festival,
commemorating the 50th anniversary of Woodstock with a weekend of music and
service in Manchester over August 15-18, 2019. To learn more, please visit oldsol.org/festival/
